gbo4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1   These Terms & Conditions, together with gbo4d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you and gbo4d. By accessing the Platform or clicking "I Agree" during registration, you accept all terms unconditionally.

2.2   gbo4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3   These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

3.1   To register and maintain an Account on gbo4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbo4d strictly enforces an adult-only policy. Underage gambling is a serious offence, and any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Territory in which accessing the gbo4d platform violates applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of gbo4d, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless gbo4d has provided written consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a self-excluded or suspended Account on gbo4d or any affiliated platform.

3.2   gbo4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1   Each Player may hold only one Account on the gbo4d platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If gbo4d identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonus Funds credited to those Accounts will be voided, and gbo4d reserves the right to void any winnings generated from duplicate Accounts.

4.2   During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

4.3   KYC Verification. gbo4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before activating certain promotional offers. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID, taken on the day of submission.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name and account number, or a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account profile).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days) where required.

4.4   gbo4d's KYC review team will process submitted documents within 1–3 business days. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned for resubmission.

4.5   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify gbo4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1   gbo4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All Wallet balances are denominated in IDR. No currency conversion is applied by gbo4d; any conversion costs incurred by the Player's bank or payment provider are the Player's own responsibility.

5.2   Supported deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet transfer). gbo4d does not currently accept credit card deposits.

5.3   The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by gbo4d, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits.

5.4   Deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name and verified under your gbo4d Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of the third-party funds.

5.5   gbo4d processes deposits in real time. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within 10 minutes of the transfer being completed, you should contact the gbo4d support team via live chat and provide your transaction reference number. gbo4d accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

6.1   Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless that method does not support inbound transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used at gbo4d's discretion.

6.2   The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, although gbo4d reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments over multiple business days.

6.3   Processing times are as follows (subject to KYC clearance and standard banking hours):

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata): typically under 15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB); requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available banking window.

6.4   All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. gbo4d will not process any withdrawal from an Account that has not passed the standard KYC review. Players are strongly encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

6.5   gbo4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's own responsibility.

6.6   Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Wallet are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds, with only the real-money balance remaining eligible for withdrawal.

7.1   gbo4d offers Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Promotions, Free Spin awards, and other time-limited promotional offers at its discretion. Specific terms — including minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry period — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

7.2   Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion, typically between 5× and 30× of the bonus amount) on eligible games before any resulting balance is available for withdrawal. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%; sportsbook wagers must have odds of at least 1.50 to qualify.

7.3   Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of bonus funds by syndicates, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7.4   gbo4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have qualified for a promotion prior to its amendment or withdrawal.

7.5   Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds (i.e., where the Player's real-money balance was zero at the time of the winning wager) are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 50.000.000 per qualifying promotion unless the promotion terms specify a higher cap.

8.1   All game outcomes on the gbo4d platform are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino products, by the physical outcomes produced by live dealers operating under the rules of the relevant game studio. gbo4d does not influence game outcomes.

8.2   The rules of each individual game — including side bets, payout tables, and special feature mechanics — are governed by the rules published by the originating game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others). Players should familiarise themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers.

8.3   Sportsbook. Sportsbook wagers are governed by gbo4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are available on the Sportsbook page. In summary: odds are quoted in decimal format; all bets are final once accepted; mix parlay (accumulator) wagers require all legs to be correct for the full payout; voor bola (Asian handicap) rules apply as stated in the relevant market description. gbo4d reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error occurred or where the integrity of the relevant event is under investigation.

8.4   Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by independently verified draw systems. Draw schedules and payout tables are displayed within the togel product section. gbo4d is not responsible for draw results produced by third-party operators whose feeds are integrated into the platform.

8.5   In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, game freeze, or server error — gbo4d's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the interruption. gbo4d will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

9.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbo4d platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and report to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or transact on gbo4d.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and are subject to voiding.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the gbo4d platform as a mechanism for cycling illegally obtained funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Coordinated bonus abuse — including using multiple Accounts, households, or device profiles to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward gbo4d staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Any other conduct that gbo4d reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or contrary to the integrity of fair play.

10.1   gbo4d is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity conducted within the limits of what each individual can comfortably afford. The gbo4d platform provides a comprehensive set of Player-controlled responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard at any time.

10.2   Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session duration reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed once applied. Players who request self-exclusion will be removed from all gbo4d marketing communications immediately.

10.4   gbo4d employs automated monitoring systems to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour. Where such patterns are detected, a responsible gaming advisor may make proactive contact with the affected Player. Players may decline further contact of this nature at any time.

11.1   All content on the gbo4d platform — including but not limited to the gbo4d brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the proprietary property of gbo4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2   Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

11.3   Game content (including game art, mechanics, soundtracks, and brand assets) is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) and is licensed to gbo4d for display on the Platform. Players may not reproduce or distribute game content without the explicit written consent of the relevant studio.

12.1   gbo4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbo4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2   gbo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if gbo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3   gbo4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their gbo4d Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4   gbo4d is not liable for losses arising from: (a) Player error in placing a wager; (b) delay or failure in transmission of data due to internet connectivity issues; (c) any act or omission of a third-party payment provider; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or power failures; (e) the Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

13.1   gbo4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13.2   gbo4d collects only the personal data necessary to operate a verified gaming account — including name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and payment method details for KYC purposes. This data is stored on encrypted servers and is never sold to third parties.

13.3   gbo4d may share Player data with authorised third parties including: KYC verification service providers; payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported providers); anti-fraud and AML compliance systems; and regulatory authorities where required by law.

13.4   Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the gbo4d support team in writing. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply.

14.1   gbo4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gbo4d reasonably believes that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, or that the Account poses a fraud, AML, or security risk to the Platform or other Players.

14.2   Upon Account suspension, gbo4d will conduct an investigation within a reasonable period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, gbo4d reserves the right to: void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings; withhold and forfeit any Wallet balance in cases of confirmed fraud or AML breach; and permanently close the Account.

14.3   Where an Account is suspended due to KYC requirements rather than a suspected breach, the Player's real-money Wallet balance will be held securely and released once satisfactory documentation is provided.

14.4   A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the gbo4d support team. Any remaining real-money Wallet balance (after meeting all applicable wagering requirements) will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

15.1   gbo4d may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it alters a Player's rights or obligations in a significant way — gbo4d will notify all registered Players by email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

15.2   Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

15.3   The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://gbo4d.vu/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

16.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbo4d holds its international gaming licence. gbo4d operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

16.2   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and gbo4d shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as selected by gbo4d. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

16.3   Nothing in this clause limits gbo4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach of these Terms.

16.4   Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law, and that they access and use the gbo4d platform entirely at their own risk and sole responsibility. gbo4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.
